SPECIAL INFORMATION:
The registered members should note that their certificates shall be issued before the AGM and given to them at the AGM venue.
The soft copy of the new CAC certified constisution shall be sent to the registered members before the AGM.
The meanings on the codes using above are explained below:
CERT NO: This is to register the numbers of certificates issued in a year. The EA11 means Excel Assembly 2011, while the three digits after the slash (/) represents the Certificate Number.
REG. NOS: The letter L, E, R, stand for the Chapter of the registered member, the two digits infront of the letter stands for Generation, the two digits in the middle is the L/N, while the last three digits numbers are the Registration numbers, i.e the member's number on the register.
take for instance the first name on the list L07/31/012 means {ILARO GEN07/LN31/NUMBER ONE ON THE LIST}.
